Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Not only are the usual rude the food is always terrible quality. Not to mention you can’t even get a ranch packet after you spent $20 on a salad and chicken.

Awful customer service every time I come here. From the teens to the leadership. A few of us are currently parked, and they are not busy at all. This is ridiculous.

I have now ate at this wendy’s around 3 times and each time i have gotten an attitude from someone. Especially this go around i went through the drive through late at night so i expected non the less someone to be grouchy but this lady argued with me about ranch even though i paid extra for the ranch she decided to still argue with me on something i paid for and that im asking for. Worst service ive had in a while.

I was excited to have a Wendys in Coolidge as it is my favorite fast food place, however I would recommend you skip this one. 5 of my last 6 orders have been wrong while using the drivethrough. The employees taking orders always sound distracted and my orders never show up on the screen so I can't confirm what they are putting in. Maybe I would have better chances using the app but at this point I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

I ordered the 8) Meal Deal,.. 2 Jr Bacons, Fries drink etc,, Upon placing the order I asked for No Mayo, The young lady politely asked if I wanted both jr bacons without Mayo, I said Yes, Thank You! About a 6/7 minute drive Home, Both Burgers are caked with Mayo. I drive back & explain the situation, The staff says, No Problem we will remake the burgers but can’t take the Food I returned, They proceed to give me 2 Bacon Burgers & No Fries,.. I said we are 30 minutes from when I got my Order, It’s All Cold! Nope Can’t Help Me Redo The Entire Order!! I asked for my Money back which they did do quickly! I still have the original food order & my money back! Wendy’s should have remade the order & move on, Actually Paid Me to come thru the drive thru!!!!
