After repeating the first portion of my order at the drive-thru three times, I was given a total and apparently their headset was turned off. I stated repeatedly that I had more food that I wanted to order, and was met with silence. If they can't even take my order, how can I reasonably assume they'll even make it properly? If I could give zero stars, I would.

Them the expect me to come back with the burger for them to replace it. I asked I want the burger with only cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup. The worst part of this is not even an apology for their error. Sonic do better!!!!

The drive-through female was saying it was only an online order. so I ordered online with the mobile app. Meanwhile, she’s trying to tell me to go park in one of the stalls, however, there was nobody behind me. She was very rude and unprofessional!!! Sonic really needs to hire better staff, they need to look to hire better service for customers!!!
