  I like sonic but they are always so slow and don't always get the order right the employee just don't care about the customers

  3 out of 4 times I place a order ahead it gets delivered and my items are wrong. over 50 minutes for 2 shakes, only to for them to be wrong. This is really getting ridiculous all said and done 22+ bucks for two shakes delivered and then it's not mine.... is absurd.

  Ordered 2 coffees, 1 caffeinated 1 decaf. They don't have decaf. Settled for 2 caffeinated. Asked for cream in both and artificial sweetener in both. Get them 20 min later, not freshly brewed. One is full to the sip hole lid, the other one is 1.5" from the top of the lid. She gives 2 little containers of creamer and 2 packages of sweetener. Why did it take 20 min? Why did they both not come out with the same amount of coffee? Why didn't she give 2 little tablespoon servings per cup rather than 1 per cup. She said she filled them because I ordered 1 cup black and the other with cream and sweetened. Not what I ordered. Not fast food. Will not stop there anymore.

  Ordered a single burger and drink. 25 minutes, verified with some text timestamps just to make sure I wasn’t being impatient, nothing. Honestly just go one driveway up to Burger King. You’ll be happier you did
