- NNNikkiApr 1, 20261.0Placed an order for delivery on Saturday night, April 1st. When the order arrived, it was totally wrong. We called the driver and they came back and delivered another order, which was missing two items. The driver said they didn’t have any other items in the car. I tried calling the Pizza Hut five times and it rang out each time. I tried calling the next day no answer. I submitted an online chat request for support, never heard back. No person would chat with me. Submitted a feedback survey, and received an email. They emailed me an order number saying they could not see what I ordered. I attached screenshots of the receipt as well as the charge of my credit card. I demanded a refund for the two items that were not delivered. They never emailed me back. Finally, I filed a fraud on my credit card. Still haven’t heard back from them. Absolute joke.

Last night i placed an order online for delivery and waited until about 45minutes after expected delivery time before finally calling to see where my order was and they told me " we use door dash now for all our deliveries and no one has come to take your order" . If you dont know for sure that you can deliver someones order then dont have a "delivery" option . So i never recieved my order. So tonight i placed an order for carry out and came to pick it up and no one is at the pick up window and the doors are locked and no one will answer the phone. So again i didnt get my order. This place in a damn joke. I will never attempt to order from this location again! Dont waste your time!
