I can't wait until there is another grocery store in CV. I think most of us would never enter the doors again, simply because they have been ripping us off for years. We know Safeway that your prices are so high because we literally have no other choice!!! I watched tazo tea go from $3.25 a box to over $10 currently. Just because you can charge an arm and a leg for everything doesn't mean you should. I especially feel bad for our seniors, I literally watch them shop with a calculator. Pinching pennys while being gouged because there is no other store in our area. Shame on you Safeway!!!!

Employees are friendly and are generally good people. I have never had a negative experience in this store. That's the good; here's the bad. You always need to check the expiration date on EVERYTHING. Everyone know it, and we locals are trained to do so. Its been like this for 10+ years. Second, this is by far the most expensive grocery store in the greater Prescott area. Chino Valley is a captive audience and they know it. Lastly, I want to reiterate that the employees are great and the store is will kept.
