Great service , this McDonald's stands out, they make you feel welcome and appreciated, lot of smiles from the employees in the back, I was personalty helped by Madison and liz they both went above and beyond regarding a special request I had 10 out of 10 if you want McDonald's choose this one

You guys need some new cooks and manager! Not even exaggerating 8/10 times I come through here they mess up my burger and put onions on it and it’s not that hard of an order! All I ever get is a McDouble only mustard, I don’t understand what’s so hard about that! So I came to get a McDouble meal deal on the app at 2:16pm on 10/27 and when they handed it to me i immediately checked my burger because it’s usually messed up and ofcourse it was and when I asked them to fix it the first time the drive thru lady brought the messed up burger to the manager and they decided that the way to fix the burger was to try and scrape the onions off of it instead of making me a new burger like they are supposed to do! So they handed me the same exact burger and I drive to work thinking they fixed it and when I pulled out my burger i could very much tell that it was the same exact burger and they had horribly tried to scrape the onions off because there still some on the bread and not to mention the handful of onions that was hidden between the patties and cheese, so then I drove back to the store to complain and yes I was a bit pissed off and asked if your drive thru employee and manager was stupid when I first walked up there because they tried to scape it off and gave me the same burger and then the manager called me rude even though that was the 3rd burger they were having to make for me and when they should’ve made me a new burger the first time I asked so yeah I was a bit pissed and rightfully so considering the other customers that was in the store was giving me thumbs up and saying that I’m absolutely right and I know that I’m right because I used to be a manager at a fast food place for 2 years and not once did I ever try and scrape things off when something got made wrong! And this isn’t the first time that they’ve tried to just scrape it off either! Like what if I was allergic to onions and had taken a bit of that? Now luckily I’m not allergic to onions but still just goes to make you think what could happen to someone that is. Absolutely horrible service and horrible food, would not recommend going here till things change!

Every time I order from this location the order is never right. Usually I pick up my order. However tonight I didn't want to go anywhere so I did a delivery order. I get the order and start passing it out to the family. I noticed that I didn't get my child's happy meal or any of the sauces that I paid extra for. So I call them and they say to come in to get it. So I go get my child's food before eating mine. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have to fix it. They kept looking over and whispering while I was waiting at the counter for my child's food. So when she brought it over she set it on the counter didn't say anything to me and went to walk away. At this point I decided to ask how she was going to make it right. Since I paid a delivery fee and they didn't make sure everything was in the bag for my order and I had to drive up there to get it fixed. She said I can give you a coupon as if that was an inconvenience for her to do. I won't go back to this McDonald's for a long time if at all. I would rather drive 30 minutes to pick up my order from Prescott or Prescott Valley. This one in Chino Valley has gone way downhill.
Edit to my review: Your response to my review is to get with the delivery service. All they could do is issue a refund and I would have to reorder. Which would make me pay another delivery fee. They can't see what is in the bag as they are sealed shut by your employees. When an entire meal is missing from the bag it's your employees responsibility to make sure it got put in there in the first place. So as I said before I will travel to another town to spend my money when my child wants McDonald's. Since this one can never get it right and the employees act like it's an inconvenience for them to make it right when it's pointed out to them.

For all the technology they employ ... Service gets slower and slower. I was rather surprised that Two Breakfasts (at breakfast) took about 5 - 6 minutes to serve. I'm not whining about their service ... I was just surprised how slow things had become .......
What was surpring about the wait? It's exactly what they are known for ... SPEED!
The food ... It was McDonald's!!!!

This is consistently the worst McDonalds in the quad city area. They constantly get orders wrong, they are incredibly slow, and their employees have the attitude that they just hate being there. I mean seriously, they're not doing brain surgery. How hard is it to look in the bag to make sure it's all there. Plus, they have no care about the customer having to do another 20 minute round trip to go back for something that should have been right in the first place. I know that it's not rocket science, but for goodness sake, have some pride in what you do, and pay attention. This location is an absolute joke. For what they pay these people, you'd imagine that they could provide some basic form of service. Not to mention, I've been in there both before and after a rush, and the place was filthy. Not one table or service area whiped down, trash all over the floor, and the bathroom was bbeyond gross. I worked fast food when I was 16, and I would have been fired instantly for being this incompetent. Absolutely horrible
