The number I got gave me the driver and the driver didn't know what to do. It wasn't their fault that the order was wrong and not knowing how to resolve the issue myself. I called McDonald's spoke with Kyle. Not only was he very professional, he made the situation right and my picky eater was extremely happy even though I had to go and pick it up. It all turned out great. Another employee outside cleaning the drive-thru line we were talking back and forth about the experience. Between the manager Kyle the employee outside they gave such good customer service. I've had issues in the past with this McDonald's and they resolved it each time. However, this time I felt compelled to do a review because that customer service was outstanding and you just don't get good customer service like this anymore.
