  The employee who helped me today was very rude. This is the second time he has made comments about my use of incorrect grammar when speaking to him. He corrected me and said, “It’s ‘I’ll’ not ‘let’s try Hot Cheetos” when I said what chips I wanted. I ignored his comment. Then, he proceeded to say I should know because I work at a school. The way people talk in public to someone taking their food order and the way they talk in an academic setting is different, it’s called code-switching. I didn’t know I needed to use proper English when interacting with someone making me a sandwich. I didn’t appreciate the comment from him. Very rude!

  Horrible customer service not sure what the lady name was something with a H but her terminal number 40278. Not given the options of getting my salad chopped or not, then when I asked if I could get it chopped she walked towards they back saying " shouldve asked". Customers also heard her say her comment. Honestly not the first person who was rude during my visits

  Went for the first time in a long time. Ran out of american cheese, no extra mayo. One of the employees muttering stuff under his breathe as me and my dad ordered 2 sandwiches.

  The subway in Chinle is a joke. They are stuck in 2020 and act as if the plandemic is still in full swing. Masks, hand sanitizer, vaccine propaganda, and you canNOT dine in. They don't deserve my business. We went to Denny's instead for a good meal.
