  The only reason I am writing this review is because of the consistently amazing service me and my bf get from Brianna at this location. We always come SUPER late at night for the breakfast burger, and no matter how late it is Brianna always has the best energy and is always so sweet :))

  Everett was amazing. A smile from the moment he saw us at the door. Immediately greeted us and served us until we left. He cashed us out, brought us our food and sauce, picked up our trays, and Greeted us as we left and thanked us for coming in. Excellent Service!!! It is obvious that the members here mimic the attitude and service of Gustav. He too, was amazing. Thank you all for making my first visit to Whataburger one that will make me return.

  Wait time is very long in the mornings also being charged extra for sauces and then not recieving them is just unfair 😑 the staff needs to pay attention to small details 🙄 other than missing items the experience was okay not the best but functioning of course I'll be back but just wanna bring this to the corporate attention if being charged for sauces please have staff required to double check receipts and not forget items I know I could have checked but having to wait so long made me completely brain fart I'm sure staff will do better

  We went to this whataburger after a morning hike hoping to get something good to eat but, after we ordered and got home we learned that the burgers we had ordered were not as well had ordered. While we received our order without much of a wait, the order itself had issues. Which when you have a young one and pay for an upgraded topping it is not a simple fix to remove said toppings and call it good when sauces are involved or not have the upgraded toppings you paid for. It turns you off from wanting to eat a decent burger. We ordered a normal cheeseburger with nothing but the patty, cheese,and ketchup. Come to find out it had pickles,mustard,and lettuce on it. Next we ordered a bacon and cheese burger with three patties, and grilled onions with no lettuce,pickles,mustard,or plain onions. When it came time to eat the burger it had lettuce, mustard,pickles and plain onions with none grilled. The hatch green chili burger was correct as was the double patty whataburger.
