  Understaffed and the few staff that were there were working so slow you'd never know they had several customers waiting inside and in the drive thru. I walked in right up to the kiosk and ordered, no wait. After waiting for at least 12 minutes for food, one of the young ladies making food came up front and was holding someone's dirty keys on a strap and handed them to someone in the restaurant then went back to making food without changing her gloves. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving. They hadn't even started on mine yet.

  The food isn't how it used to be. Taco Bell was my favorite back in the day. The food isn't the same how it was before. I won't be going back.

  I order a box but the food was cold and disgusting, dry potatoes, not fried. I complained then they gave me more awful food then last time.

  Had to wait for 30 min with no one else in the store. Can’t believe I stayed for the food, should have just left.

  I ordered the $7 Meal Box and the only thing that was worth eating was the Chalupa. I dont understand how everything was cold after waiting almost 30min. A wait that long u would think your food would be piping hot but that's not the case with this TB!! I'll never go again except for a drink!!
