  Go here quite often as its close to work.. today whoever was working was completely rude and pushy . Didnt make my sandwich correct at all and proceeded to drench the sandwich in mayo and made sixe glances and scoffed when i didnt tip for obvious reasons.. ruined this store for me

  I had an extremely disappointing experience that was handled in a way that felt deeply disrespectful. The sandwich I received from a new employee was made with little care, incorrect portions, and poor assembly. It was so off that it made the meal unenjoyable. When I called to address it, Matthew’s response made the situation significantly worse. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional in tone. There was no effort to understand the concern or provide any reasonable solution. Based on the way I was spoken to and treated, I left that interaction feeling like I was treated differently because of my race. The tone, lack of respect, and unwillingness to assist did not feel neutral or appropriate. Despite the fact that most of the sandwich was left uneaten due to the quality, he refused to remake or replace it. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and poorly handled from start to finish. This experience left a very negative impression, not just because of the food, but because of how the concern was treated.

  Possibly the most well-kept Subway store I've ever personally seen. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not only is the food prepared generously, the containers of ingredients themselves are clean and neatly stacked. Great store, great staff!
