Unfortunately once I sat down with my food that's where it ended. Growing up in Texas I've had Rudys plenty so I expected good consistent texas bbq. What I recieved was a bad knock off. The turkey has no bark. I thought for a moment it had grill lines. The beans also tasted off. They didnt resemble bbq beans that I've had anywhere in texas. The sausage was the closest to normal texas bbq but even it was a little different. Im sad that this was more of a disappointment than anything else. But kudos to the staff for being friendly!
