- BHBonnie HurstMar 30, 20262.0It's been a few years since I have been to Pei Wei and I always loved their Chicken PadTai. Decided to treat myself today since I was in town. Very disappointed. Noodles were soaked in a sauce that tasted more like watered down ketchup. I couldn't see any egg in the dish or anything else for that matter except chopped nuts and what I think was cilantro. They have obviously changed the recipe and not for the better.

This store would 100% be closed if this wasn't a chain as big as pei wei, there were 2 other customers eating lunch at 12:30. The girl that helped me order was really nice though.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the cook, Hugo, did an exceptional job in the kitchen—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted incredible. He even came out to offer us chocolate cookies and personally asked if we enjoyed the meal, which made the experience feel even more special. We were honestly so impressed and truly grateful for the whole experience.
