  TERRIBLE service ESPECIALLY after the lobby closes! Whoever that black girl was working the other night with boho braids in her head needs to be FIRED for her disgusting attitude. No wonder why I stopped coming here. Very long wait times for inaccurate, inconsistent food and attitude. My daughter is allergic to cheese and somehow, there is always cheese on her burger. Not to mention it is NOT cheap anymore! What happened to fast food? This location is full of bad vibes. I have started going to the one on Arizona Ave. Stay away.

  Took my money and didn’t give me my food after I waited for a mobile order for more than 20 mins. The messed me up and I was upset. I hate to send reviews but this place has always given issues

  This Mcdonald's is consistently mixing up orders, not putting everything in the bag. Their excuse is always that the person packing the orders is new, but this has been happening for months. Their managers are extremely rude and unhelpful. Save your time and money and choose a different Mcdonald's location.

  Went to drive thru today 3/28/26 around 9:45am. Lady took my reward points and insisted I drive up instead of taking my orders, she was rude, claimed I was fine with my order and changed her mind and said “I’m waiting on you to order”, her tone stayed the same, saying whatever, I’m a patient person and do give servers credit but this lady shouldn’t have customer service if she can’t maintain her emotions. So now I’m headed to a different location.

  I have been coming here maybe 1-2 times a week for last 2 months after work and not once have they had ice cream. It’s the only one near my job and there’s almost no point in coming here anymore. I don’t know if I’m unlucky, they are lying, or don’t care but it’s gotten to the point where it’s extremely frustrating wasting my time in a line I can’t get out of for something I wanted. Sick of it.
