  As soon as I go inside the restaurant there is no friendly faces. Takes me 4 minutes to get anybody’s attention and as soon as I do I tell a worker my order from number, to name, to exactly what I ordered because I didn’t have my phone with me and she proceeds with attitude telling me “well I can’t do anything until i see your phone. When has this ever been a thing?? Then the manager comes with my order calling it out and I grabbed it and she just stares at me with a nasty face. I leave and come back for ketchup and I ask her. The manager steps in and asks what I need and I told him that I was asking her, she’s helping me already, no need for two people to do one job. The manager then tells me I’m being rude and that I can leave. Refuses to give me supervisor information because that was completely uncalled for and actually rude of the manager. Maybe he was stressed but taking it out on customers is completely unnecessary. All I ordered was a sausage biscuit at 9:28am, order 1691.

  Ordered 1 kids meal and 2 fish sandwiches. Waited 15 minutes and then went up and asked if our meal was ready after multiple other people received their meals who ordered after us. Received our meal immediately once I asked if it was ready.

  i was just there. I won't go back. My food just sat there, it was a dine in order and no one even bothered to investigate. One young girl (maybe a customer or employee) told the young boy working there (he was almost 12) not to bother helping me and he listened to her. Shut this place down.

  First of all, pulled up to the window and immediately got attitude from the girl working the headset, then was told to pull up to the first window to pay. Pull up to the window, wait 7 whole minutes with a huge line of cars behind us, and nobody is there?? Finally pull up to the second window which is wide open with workers inside actively looking at us and ignoring us. Then some girl comes up and tries to give us the wrong order. Correct the order and told her nobody was at the window to pay so now she has to take my phone all the way to the back of the store which took a suspiciously long time. Why do you need my phone for 5 damn minutes? Then you give us two drinks, one was supposed to be no ice so we ask “which is which because we ordered no ice in one” and you have the audacity to roll your eyes at us and not even offer to fix YOUR mistake and give us what we ordered. You tell us which drink is which and we drive off. Welp, come to find out BOTH drinks are wrong! Only saving grace was decent food. The audacity of these workers is unbelievable, they are incompetent, rude, and lazy. Keep in mind NONE of this was during a rush. The only reason there was a long line of cars is cause nobody wanted to stop gossiping and do their job. Pathetic.
