Paid for 2 cheeseburgers but was only given one, ordered 2 regular mcChicken Sandwiches for my grandmother and my Mother whom both have sensitive stomachs and of course they gave us SPICY McChicken sandwiches and after my 87 year old grandmother took a bite and found out that if she swallowed this caustic concoction of spices , fat and salt that she may end up in the hospital, she spit it out! I tried calling the establishment and the phone rang 6 times and someone picks it up, doesn't say hello or go to hell and then hangs up the line.... I will sell all of my McDonalds Stock tonight (or as soon as the market opens) and will never even consider eating, drinking or even urinating in a McDonalds ever again! I am also disputing the charge on my credit card since the only edible thing was a small Fry that was lacking salt....

The local workers are the best it’s a corporate complaint because every time I’ve been to my favorite neighborhood McDonald’s the kiosks are closed or out of order and not working. Today only one of the three was working. This should be easy for corporate to reboot and fix remotely. I don’t understand why they are trying to cripple an already overwhelmed work staff.

Should have known better. After 6 months because they severely messed up our order last time, we gave this location a chance because it’s the closest to our home. Every. single. visit. The only thing consistent about our order is that it is GUARANTEED to be wrong and missing food. This time they completely forgot TWO Quarter Pounders with Cheese — not small items, and not cheap. Am I going to drive back with my family at home waiting, no. Then comes the usual scripted “submit it online” response, followed by a generic apology call and a token gift card. That is not a solution. It’s a lazy cycle that shows zero real management oversight. At this point, it’s not a mistake — it’s incompetence. Fix your operations instead of handing out cheap apologies. Explain how we can go to Culver’s right up the road and NEVER is our order wrong. At some point i think we all need to wake up and stop giving these garbage companies our money.

The McDonald’s kids’ meal with chicken nuggets is a reliable crowd‑pleaser for young kids, offering familiar flavors in a portion size that usually gets finished without much fuss. The four-piece nuggets are lightly breaded, crispy when fresh, and have a mild, salty taste that pairs well with classic sauces like barbecue or sweet and sour. The small fries and optional apple slices give a mix of fun and slightly healthier choices, and the drink options (milk, juice, or soda) let parents dial the meal up or down nutritionally. The real hook is the Happy Meal packaging and toy, which turns an ordinary fast‑food stop into a mini event children look forward to. Overall, it’s a convenient, kid‑approved option best enjoyed as an occasional treat rather than a regular dinner, especially if you lean on fruit and milk instead of always going for fries and soda.

Yesterday afternoon (3/10/2026) I was on a Bluetooth call with my friend and godchild. While we were speaking, my friend happened to be ordering/picking up a 6 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal and a filet-o-fish through your drive through at the1090 E Pecos Rd location in Chandler. What concerns me is the dialogue expressed by the young man in the second window, as my friend was handing the employee her debit card. The young man specifically asked my friend (loud enough for myself and my godchild to hear), "Is this an EBT card?" It was not an EBT card, which is commonly known as "food stamps." Nevertheless, this is not an appropriate question to ask anyone, let alone a customer. What's worse, any buffoon can Google search what an Arizona EBT card looks like. This would answer his question and exemplify his lack of awareness as he used my friend's white colored "US Bank" debit card for payment. I understand that this young man is likely just working his first job and said this without thinking. We all goof-up. However, that does not make your employee's question acceptable, let alone necessary. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Your employee's brazen question is inherently insulting, erroneous, and lacks couth. Your employee's painfully ignorant comprehension of what an EBT card looks like and lack of social tact is a risk to your business. My friend would have every right to make this public and illustrate this employee, location, franchise, and corporation as clownish. Please, take the time to speak with this young man and educate him further. In addition, please take the time to reach out to my friend through your corporate complaint website (she filed a complaint yesterday around 3 pm) so she can understand what is hopefully a simple misunderstanding. Thank you.
