  I like to order from the counter because I want specials. Can't pay that much for junk food. No service or attention at all from the staff. The restaurant was clean and well lit.

  Employees were extremely rude, I was standing by the kiosk ordering and a female employee (no nametag so I don’t know who) walked past with a mop bucket and it hit me in the side. No excuse me or sorry. Previously I had asked her if the food in the counter was mine and she said “yes that’s why it’s on the counter.” In a very sassy and rude manner. I am extremely disappointed to be beefing with a 40 year old woman.

  We went to get lunch and decided to try the new meal that came out. We did a drive thru order. As soon as we pull up the operator asks us to wait. No problem we waited then the operator proceeds to try and take our order then asks us to wait after a moment of silence. We repeat the order then get asked for a sauce. Our understanding based on the flyers is the meal has a special sauce so we say the special sauce to only get told its whatever sauce you want. Okay so we choose one. The operator then tells us the total and to go to window 2. We drive up to window only to get yelled at by the operator saying she said window 1 over and over. We told her she said window 2. She argued with us then proceeded to make comments in the back in front of all the other employees. Turns out she was a manager. This is so unprofessional to argue with customers then to make snarky comments infront of other employees. The girl at the window descalated the whole situation which I commend the girl on. The manager should take a lesson from her employee on how to handle situations.

  Sarah and the associate at the drive through were extremely unprofessional and had zero customer service. When asking a question of picking up a giftcard I was flat out told no, when the gentleman at the first window let me know it was completely fine and they would take care of me. When asked why there were two separate answers and if she could check she stated no and walked away from the door. Will take my business elsewhere.

  As far as McDonald’s go, you know what you’re getting. It’s fast food. It’s a staple in the industry. That being said, might be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. At least during dinner times. While the Drive-thru is fine, and the employees are friendly there, whomever is handing my food at the second window never really says anything. Just, gives me my stuff, and I awkwardly say thank you, and slowly drive away. The food is never made fresh either. I’m lucky if I get crispy fries. They’re usually kinda soggy. Not bad enough where I’m returning it, I’ll throw them in the microwave. But, yeah. Know before you go
