  It’s a half-n-half review. Their prices have increased ridiculously over the past 7 years so I always skip. Then, randomly, I hadn’t eaten all day and they were on my way home. So I went in and ordered my old favorite #10 with no mayo for the first time in 7 years. I was the only person in the store. Not busy. Empty. Customer service was great. Ordered; #10, no mayo. Ticket printed. Guy takes the ticket and starts making it. Cashier tells him, “No Mayo on that one”. He has a ticket that says “No mayo” and register worker told him “no mayo”. I paid (after tax) $13.50 for 1 regular size sandwich. I wait at the end and within 3 mins I get my sub and go home. I open it. Covered in mayonnaise. It’s almost comical. I worked at JJ’s 26 years ago when I was 16 years old. I still have my retro JJ’s winter stocking cap. Making and delivering subs. I worked at Quiznos when I was in college years later. It isn’t crazy difficult. I’m just so disappointed that I avoided JJ’s for 7 years only to give in to nostalgia/hunger, pay $13.50, for a standard sized sandwich that had the 1 thing I specifically requested it not have. Breaks my heart. See you in 7 more years when I give in and you disappoint me again. And yes, I ate it. Yes, it was good. I just wanted to put my own spicy mustard on it at home. It can taste good and I can be disappointed at the same time. They aren’t mutually exclusive.

  21 bucks in total. What a GREEDY place. Come on do better for love of God. One time and last time I'm ever going there.

  Gotta give a shout out to Alex! There was an issue with my order from the previous week, and Alex took the time to look into it to figure out why I hadn’t received the refund that I was supposed to be issued. He was super polite and cared about resolving my issue. He made it right and assured if I had any issues in the future to call and he would make sure it was taken care of. I already loved Jimmy John’s Sandwiches and folks like Alex is why I come back, Thanks Bro!

  This is my favorite location! Alex, Chino and Miguel are my absolute favorites to see and talk to. Quick, friendly and always clean on their shifts.
