Today, my family and I visited Jimmy John’s for lunch, and I was surprised and disappointed with the customer service. I was ordering for my four-year-old daughter, who just wanted turkey—no bread, no veggies. Anyone with kids knows how picky they can be, and I know modifications can be annoying but we have to order what the kids are going to eat.
The gentleman taking our order was friendly and understanding, which I appreciated. However, the woman preparing the sandwich was incredibly rude letting us know that they don’t offer turkey as a side and insisting I had to order a sandwich instead. So I ordered a plain turkey sandwich for her.
When it arrived, it was the largest size, and the turkey was literally stuffed into the bread. I usually avoid writing negative reviews because I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the rudeness we encountered was so unnecessary and ridiculous.

I like JJ's alot and go to four different locations frequently. Unfortunately, the one most convenient to where I live is by far, the worst managed of the four.
When I walked in today, I was the only customer and there were four employees. I always marvel at how "freaky fast" the service (at the other three is), but it almost seemed like the four were on a break today and couldn't be bothered with having a customer inconvenience them.
I placed my order and couldn't believe what I was given (pics attached). The one female employee, who identified herself as Dee, the manager, came over to ask what the problem was. She proceeded to tell me that she had a directive "not to serve me because I always find fault with the product and that they didn't need my business" (she's correct....I generally do have an issue with their product or service because it is so sub-standard, given the exemplary product and service I receive at all three of the other locations I frequent).
I come from a customer service background and believe in speaking my mind. I do so whenever I receive bad or good service (see the google review I posted to the Mercedes Benz of Chandler website in mid-February).
I read a few of the other reviews recently posted re this JJ location and was not at all surprised to see that the majority were negative.
Ordered online. Order was very wrong. Ok fine. Call store to get hung up on asking for a manager. And lied and said they didn’t hang up when I have it on recording. No accountability. Will never visit this store again. Check your orders fully before you leave

Probably one of the best sandwiches we have ever had at JJs. The staff was friendly, the only negative I would day is the price, seemed to be higher than other locations we have been to in the valley.
I have been ordering from Jimmy John's for years, starting when they were in Tucson, before they even opened any locations in Phoenix. I always order a sandwich and the unsweet iced tea. Today I placed an online order, and for the third time in the row the tea tastes like sewage, or some other kind of gross smell is in the drink or the ice. I don't know how else to describe it. I called the store, and the person I spoke with said it must be that I don't like the flavor of the tea, even though I explained to him this has happened multiple times (and I know what iced tea should taste like). He said he's never had that complaint before, all they do is mix water with the tea bags, and that the ice maker is less than 30 days old. He stated they clean everything frequently. He did offer me a replacement drink. I just want other people to know, don't get the unsweet tea at this location. I will not be going back to this Jimmy John's.
