I love Whataburger! But this place had more than a handful of employees and no guest inside a car in drive through maybe 2. Every table was dirty, I mean every table. Took a long time to get food even being only customers inside. Frys were cold and large had less than regular size did. Asked for fresh fries and the boy bagged our fries and gave them back before he realized we asked for fresh ones. The new ones were flash fried and not so good as well. The kids working were friendly and polite just seem to need some guidance from a absent lead or supervisor maybe.... Now as a customer going to Whataburger for 40 plus years, my favorite eatery, it's sad to say I will not return to this newly built location.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with green chilies and grilled onions and they're still charged me for that and it was not added in the burger but they didn't even tell me anything that went there and I waited for like 5 to 10 minutes so someone could attend me I order it online it takes long in this restaurant and then you walk in they don't even say anything they have you there waiting and they have a bunch of employees and they're always behind

Wow! $30 for two cheeseburgers and two medium fries??? Ridiculous I pay less money at In-N-Out Burger or at a restaurant. I guess Whataburger just lost all my business. I can’t afford it. The service is great, but I could tell you the food is not worth $30 for Two cheeseburgers and two medium onion rings where you get half the onion rings and they’ve been sitting around for the last hour just so disappointed I feel ripped off!
