The lady at the drive thru didn’t even ask what drink I wanted and just gave me what she wanted. She didn’t let me talk and went straight ahead to say she would see me up front. Called to lodge a complaint to refund the rest of my money back. I see no reason I why should pay $28 for a spicy chicken sandwich combo.

We walked in to do some takeout orders because we had a ton of Wendy's points through the app. We had to order each item separately because of how points worked so we walked inside. The drive thru associate was sitting on top of a counter. At first we thought she was dead asleep and then realized she just had her head down and was on tiktok/instagram. She saw us, got off the table and then walked to get the manager so we could order. Manager walks in, doesn't say hi and just says "what do you want?" We order and as soon as we're done ordering, he walks away as the receipt is printing. I had to grab the receipts myself. We were given our food and were provided 2 sauces for 2 large fries and 10 nuggets. 2 sauces. Manager didn't even ask us how many we needed. I'm already reaching out to Wendy's corporate about this store. The manager and the girl at the drive thru should be fired!!!!
