First time here visited the drive-thru around 12 a.m. on Jan 6. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. The employee spoke as if he was doing us a favor rather than just doing his job. My partner and I stopped by to try the new tenders, and the interaction at the window especially while taking the tap-to-pay felt rude and annoyed. I understand people have long days (I’ve worked at Burger King myself), but basic courtesy goes a long way. A simple “thank you” and a polite tone shouldn’t be too much to ask.Also, similar to many other reviews the frosty machine wasn’t working.

If I could give this Wendy's a 100 star review I would...so here it is!!!
What a nicely kept, and clean place.
But the best part was the crew that worked it. This team IS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, WE WERE BLESS3D TO HAVE THEM DURING OUR RECENT EXPERIENCE.
Great people there for sure!

Just left this location extremely disappointed and completely unaccommodated as a paying customer.
I requested no-salt fries due to health concerns, and not once but twice I was handed fries completely covered in salt. The second time, the employee pretended to drop a fresh batch, but the moment I turned around, she was already calling me back to the counter. Fast food fries take more than two seconds to cook — I've worked in the industry for over a decade, so I know when something isn’t fresh.
What I received were the exact same salty fries, just passed off as “new.”
The lack of care, honesty, and basic customer service was unbelievable.
I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.
And thank God I don’t have high blood pressure — they were sure trying to give me some today.
