The employee spoke as if he was doing us a favor rather than just doing his job. My partner and I stopped by to try the new tenders, and the interaction at the window especially while taking the tap-to-pay felt rude and annoyed. I understand people have long days (I’ve worked at Burger King myself), but basic courtesy goes a long way. A simple “thank you” and a polite tone shouldn’t be too much to ask.Also, similar to many other reviews the frosty machine wasn’t working.
