- DDDarleneDec 26, 20251.0The worst Wendy's I've ever seen! Shame ... 1. The bathrooms(both) filthy, leaky water dripping from the ceiling as I attempted to wash my hands, 2. NO SOAP, NO PAPER TOWELS, STICKY FLOORS THROUGHOUT! 3. SO very disgusting, I summoned a "manager" , I've been off for a week...it's 4pm in the afternoon! Obviously not even the workers wash their hands !!! 4. I had him follow me to see the MESS...and opened the 2nd Family washroom where a broken cabinet of ?? Open to to the elements of yet another mess. 5. A worker stood outside smoking a cigarette as I entered. 6. Dirty, entry way, cigarette butt's everywhere. Employee moral Obviously low as for this to occur in South Chandler, I would never have known if ordered from the drive through. Very sad workers handling food for others. Makes one think. Inspectors Take note.

The garbage bins needed emptying, , the floor was sticky and needed mopping, the food was mediocre at best, and the counter girl had an attitude. Bad experience- we won’t be back.
- JBJudy BeagleDec 9, 20252.0Floors very dirty and sticky. Staff was merely OK. I ordered a egg bacon cheese biscuit. It was dry and obviously old and made quite a while ago. It wasn’t even warmed up. Their breakfast potatoes have changed from nuggets and they are slices of potatoes which are heavily spiced and not warm. Bathroom was not clean either. Won’t return! PS: the manager came in while we were there and did not address anything, in and out. This place probably stays in business only because it’s located right across the High School.
