  Horrible experience. I had the Thai chicken salad and was violently ill for 3 days. I assume the chicken was not cooked properly based on the symptoms I had. The manager was also rude when I called to let them know so that they could look into it. Horrible experience.

  I hate to leave negative reviews because I know how well I hate to see them as a service manager myself. But this location I’ve been two twice and helped by the same girl and the same time she had no emotion and seemed upset to see me as a customer and has 0 enthusiasm or anything absolutely no customer service. I also work alongside teenagers so I know the difference between joking with eachother and being rude to one another and the girl I heard in the back was being flat out rude to another worker. Flat out rude and bossy and talking down about another worker 😬

  Came in for the first time this week and it has become my regular stop before work. Food is always good and smoothies are great. As someone who works night shift it’d be awesome if this place extended its hours.

  Had a recent poor experience after having no issues previously. Ordered ahead and got a smoothie and a salad. Got to the store and 2 girls were working. One of them asked me my name and when I told her, informed me one of the ingredients wasn't available and would I like to order a different smoothie. No big deal, it happens. I reordered and she tells me it'll be a few minutes. Then I look at the rest of my order, which wasn't a salad, but some kind of wrap. I informed the other girl, who was at the register, that my order was incorrect. Verbatim, I said "I'm not sure what this is, but I ordered a Thai chicken salad." She proceeds to take the bag from me, looks in it, and without a word, tosses it onto the counter behind her. No apology, no saying she was going to make my order and that it'll be a few minutes, nothing. Anyways, so after, the other girl brings me my smoothie and apologized for the wait. All good. Then a few minutes after that, the other girl brings me the salad, drops it on the table, and leaves without saying a word. Let me emphasize I never complained, raised my voice, or anything like that. I just stated I had the wrong order. Now her attitude is making me rethink if I want to eat the salad or not.
