  Nice place to eat some good Mexican food. Their Menudo is good. I tried other places where their menudo was Not worth it. I gave this place a try on their menudo and it did not disappoint.

  A hidden gem of Mexican food specializing in Guadalajaran food. Their namesake, the torta ahogades is great. It uses a crunchy sourdough bread that becomes moist from the sauce without disintegrating, which is stuffed with a generous amount of fatty carnitas. The sauce is the sweeter style with a strong tomato flavor and a hint of cumin. They also do taoes well here, at a reasonable price, with incredible homemade white corn tortillas. The tacos de lengua is great with tender beef tonuge and the tacos de buche is good with well-cooked chewy tripe, but it is quite bland. Service is quick, the food is inexpensive for the portion size, and they have a self-service topping bar.

  Very good Guadalajara style Mexican food. Call ahead because the wait can be long specially on weekends. Restaurant is inside a small indoor swap meet so not super nice to look at but the food is great
