  I came to Taco Bell at 10:45 pm today and ordered food at the drive through and one item was a large nacho fries they were half way full . I tried to go into the lobby since a customer did while I was at the window and the door was now locked . They saw me try to open the door no response. So I called the store and they refused to remake my food and just give it to me at the door. Insisted I needed to go through the drive through and wait. The “manager” had no remorse and didn’t try to help the situation. Highly unsatisfied .

  For a large nacho cheese fry this is all the nacho cheese I get? Also fried were soggy and not well cooked I had to throw them in the air fryer and melt my own cheese on top to get my nacho dry cheese fill. New chicken bacon ranch street chalupa was really good and the new stacker, but hope the original stacker comes back. So not all negative more just mad about the cheese and time of order. took a frustrating amount of time to get me my order - I saw it sitting on the counter behind the guy for quite a few mins before handing to me. Kitchen got it done quick - I waited at least 7-9 mins in the drive through yet there was only one other car in front of me and I placed an online order with 3 items only. Sometimes it’s a hit there - when it’s the good night crew they are so friendly and quick and good food. Tonight was not so lucky I guess

  LMFAO don’t come here folks mad over small a cup even tho i can guarantee that they waste more cups than they give out anyway. no trays at all even tho i ordered food for here and employees look like they hate their jobs and guy over counter kept glancing at us was lowkirkenuinely creepy 😹 but yeah don’t come here

  Store is dirty. Manager is horrible. Nobody watched the counter. I waited 5 min to get someone to handle me my meal I ordered that was on the shelf. Won't be back until the oversized manager is replaced.

  They need to staff more people at night. I’ve made the mistake of trying to get food here at night and they always have an unmanageable line. This isnt a worker issue this is a staffing issue aka manager because it happens multiple weekends and multiple nights. Id bet they are costing the owner a lot of late night weekend profits.
