    Wow. I should've known better. Let me preface by saying I used to work for subway back in the day so I'm admittedly picky. Placed an online order and my better half went to pick it up. Thank God he went early as their only employee was slammed. Our order was scheduled for a 1030 am pickup. She didn't even acknowledge online pick up orders so he got in line. Ordered 3 foot longs.... let's just say, the toppings, bread, and meat weren't even close to correct, my hubby, bless his heart, had no idea outside of his own order what was ordered so he was completely clueless how badly the so called sandwich artist was doing. When she was working on the second sub that was charged extra for stuffing she told him they were out... AT 1045 AM! Bs. She just didn't want to go the extra step to get more. I'm not usually an idiot. I don't understand how it could be this difficult to mess up an entire order when it's written down in front of you. The worst part is I tipped. ($5) Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice.... I know better, the ocotillo and gilbert location is 1000x better.(after recollection, i realize this was only a hope but actually not true). should've just gone the extra 2 miles(don't do it) . This location is a disappointment. Always! BEWARE! whoever manages this location(which i now believe owns both, gilbert and riggs, and gilbert and ocotillo) does not give 2 poop popsicles about this store. This employee was on her own during a Thursday right before lunch. Bad management, bad food, bad customer service, do yourself a favor and go to the ocotillo location(actually don't. Don't go to any.. . I know it's hard, we are made to love these subs... but there are better put there that actually cover all their bases) . They are so so so much better and I doubt you will be upset. I've never been but this location has failed me 3 times now. I should've known better... Update..... I think you all should know.. subway has no way to contact customer service. At all. Period. You can call corporate. But they shove you off unless you're an employee then you can go to their employee portal to get info to talk to someone. Great. I called this location to ask for a manager. Just to see what the email i received about my issue being resolved was about... as my issue was not resolved. The employee that answered played dumb, best to say. She didn't know the managers name let alone number. When asked who she would call to call in sick the clever girl responded.... *I don't call in sick* clever! So I called the ocotillo location. The young gentleman said or pretended not to hear me. Although it was whenever I spoke he said he couldn't hear. I'm assuming at this point they're trained in this. See, there is no one to report to. There is no corporate office that can enforce quality of service. And im not a karen I worked in the service industry for years and dealt with my fair share of hard customers and people complaining. All I was looking for was an answer to the so called resolve that apparently happened. So I called from another number. Same game. He couldn't hear me at all. Which at this point relys on them but I doubt its true or that they care. They're not in customer service business. I'm sorry. I am sorry if you know these employees. But this is unacceptable. If I were you go to a different sub place. Subway isn't great, its comfort. Its been around and has been at some points decent. But now... they've turned it completely around where the customer can't even try to attempt to be right. Go to Jimmy John's. Go to fireman subs. I guarantee it will be money better spent and you will if you ever need to, you will find a human who will hold themselves accountable. This review actually saddened me. I have been going to subway for about 30 years. But, now, it's a free for all. And if anyone actually knows a way to contact an actual human in customer service which I highly doubt exists please pass it on. Otherwise, spend it at a better sub shop, because this place ain't it.

    Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a Philly steak. I don't know how you can look at the custom toppings for the chicken bacon ranch and get that right, but give me a cold cut instead

    It’s 9:45 it says closing time at 10 and they are closed lights off . Made me drive out here for no reason. Wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I tried verifying

    Not only did I find a hair in my sandwich, but when I opened it to inspect for more I realized my sandwich only came with half of the amount of meat for what’s required for a 6-inch sub at Subway, as I used to work there years ago. Very disappointed especially for the cost and what I tipped.
