I went home and the meatballs were old and cold, the other sub had hardly any turkey on it, the bread was either stale on overcooked, they were inedible. Called the store and was told to bring the reciept in and the order would be replaced. When I did I was told they would discount my order but that's all they're going to do. After reading the reviews on this store I should not have ever gone there. Apparently it's a dump and they don't care at all about the customers.

The guy inside saw us walking up to the door and went to the back and turned all the lights out. Soooooo that’s pretty inconvenient!!! And rude and not good customer service. 10/18/25
