- ABAmanda BrownJul 25, 20251.0I went in this morning at 10:30 and it wasn't busy which was amazing I could get in and out quickly. As I walked in the only worker I could see was the so called "manager" and of all things she was on her cell phone with her vape in her hand so not professional. She didn't greet me all she did was yell at the employee in the back , who , come to find out was doing all the work and asked her if she got me as I was standing outside the lobby waiting to have my sandwich made and the manager walked out. That employee unfortunately I didn't get her name this morning but was overall pleasant and treated me like a person. My sandwich was awesome and that employee's attitude was by far the best. As I walked out the door the manager was still on her phone and still had her vape in her hand. Hopefully corporate knows whose actually wanting to work there and who doesn't. That employee in there who rang me up deserves nothing but a giant raise / ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars and as for that manager she most definitely needs a talking to as to what customer service means and why it's important.
