Every employee I spoke to kept asking the same question repeatedly: “Are you sure this is the correct store?” instead of actually checking the system or assisting me. Despite speaking in a normal and calm tone, an employee named Barbara told me not to raise my voice, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. I was left waiting for 15–20 minutes without any clear explanation. What made the situation worse was the behavior of your manager, Leon. I showed him the phone number and store information clearly indicating that this was the correct location, yet he insisted that the order did not belong to this store. About 10 minutes later, they finally realized that the issue was due to their own system malfunction, and only then did they hand me the order — without any apology or acknowledgment. There was another manager (a bald gentleman, whose name I unfortunately do not remember) who was polite and helpful, and I appreciate his professionalism. However, the overall behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. Several employees simply said “I have no idea” and made no effort to resolve the issue. The lack of coordination, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or do their job properly. This experience reflects a serious problem with staff training and management at this location. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I drove back to the store, saw Crystal & I explained what happened and she took the time and she found my phone in one of the empty carts. Crystal has wonderful customer service by taking the time out showing the Safeway app and then helping me find my phone. I was so grateful for her kindness.
