I drove up there, and the general manager Deonte #035856 would not provide a refund. He attempted to remake the food. I left out and walked back in to find him making my pizza with no gloves on. He did not wash his hands nor was he wearing gloves. His exact words to me “we are not required to wear gloves when making food unless we have long nails or wearing nail polish”. I worked for Pizza Hut and papa John’s in the past. I know the “rules”. He refused service and my refund. See video
