Tried to use the online link provided to leave feedback, link is broken of course- pretty convenient. Escalated the issue using a different route. The manager called back and said they’d process a refund. Never received that refund. I’m not going to fight someone over money but I’m definitely not going to continue business with a company that fails to make it right continuously.
