  My mom won't post a review, but I will. This lady told my mom to use the kiosk so she could sit on her phone. I know you guys are pushing to remove the registers completely, but it shouldn't be replaced by a lazy employee who gets paid to doomscroll

  The service is good and the staff friendly, but it's been hit or miss with the quality of the food. One time it is hot and "fresh" tasting, the next time my biscuit sandwiches was pretty bad. The biscuit was hard, like really hard, and the overall sandwich was lukewarm.

  Awful . Being homeless I'm completely unwelcome no matter how much money i have to spend . So sick of fast food establishments treating the homeless as a whole. Deciding our business isnt needed

  McDonald's is always what you expect it to be. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised. Sometimes I'm not really happy with the quality. But most the time it's exactly what I think it is going to be. Sometimes they're super fast sometimes they're super slow. But usually when it's slow it's because they're busy. I am a faithful McDonald's fan. They are definitely my favorite fast food restaurant and they always have been. I feel like the value for what you're paying is always really good. They have some really good deals. And I'm not a big breakfast eater but good Lord that steak bagel thing they have is out of sight! Most of the time at least. Sometimes it's not as good as others but again in general I'm always very happy with McDonald's. That $5 value meal thing they have is just seriously a great value. However the McDonald's that I usually go to on Chandler boulevard has been closed because of a fire forever! We always say I cannot believe they're not open yet the money that they're missing out on. And I will also say that before the fire the service of this one has gone seriously down. Hopefully when they reopen it'll be better. I've been going to the one over near The gila River casino. And it's impressed me. I do miss the one being right down the street from me though at Chandler boulevard. I'm sick of people expecting more than what they're paying for things. For $5 I'm going to get a burger and french fries and some cold McNuggets and a drink. And that's exactly what I should get for $5. I'm not going to get a red robin quality burger. But for 5.00 I am very satisfied with what McDonald's gives me. And I will forever go back. But they have to reopen in order for me to do that! The sign outside said the end of december. I hope they didn't mean 2026!!! 🙂
