  All and I mean all of the burgers at this McDs are made sideways. The meat, cheese, lettuce, etc are always half on and half off the bun. It's like they make the burger, then fan it out like a deck of cards then wrap it up.

  Maria was Extremely rude. I was there to pick up an order, she said they aren't taking Uber eats orders. She mentioned that she made the customer aware. I asked her if the system was down. She very rudely said " I DONT KNOW!". This is not the first time ive had an issue with her in the morning.

  McDonald’s on Arizona Avenue and Ray Road. I will never go there again. On November 2, 2025 I Went through drive-through ordered breakfast and a coffee. The young lady passed me my coffee. The top popped off, cause it was so hot went all over my arm my hands my leg. I scream I cursed cause it was so hot she apologized. She took passed me a bunch of paper towels to clean off the car the coffee and then gave me a new top. The coffee was still so hot when I put the new top on it popped off as well. While I’m still sitting At the window cleaning up all the coffee the manager standing there not seeing anything. I don’t know if she can speak English, but she didn’t say I apologize. I’m sorry oh my God anything she just yelled me scream out and didn’t tell me to come in and take a report. Nothing I clean myself off. I go back in there and tell her I need to fill out report because she did not try to fill I never went to a place where someone get hurt and they do not acknowledge that I was burnt or hurt. Didn’t ask me as I was OK here it is February 2026 and when I call to talk to the insurance claim people no No response it’s like they don’t even care that I got burnt as much money. I didn’t get McDonald’s is the principal now that they would not concerned about my well-being I would never buy food from that McDonald’s again probably no McDonald’s cause I see how they treat their customers.

  Worst McDonald's I've been to... Employees are rude laking any social skills. Order is wrong most of the time and God forbid you ask for extra ketchup. Really... Hire better managers please and check in on your store. Unfortunate

  It is usually not a good experience at this location. This time I ordered cheeseburgers and half of the cheese was not even in the sandwich, it was just melted to the wrapping. Not to mention it looked like someone deliberately smashed the burgers because the bun was about the same thickness as the patty. The fry holder was only half full. Somebody there just does not care at all and it shows. I'll be going to a different location from now on. McDonalds you should either a.) get a new GM or b.) get a new franchisee. Making you all look like an absolute joke. We don't expect much considering the historical reputation, but trying to ruin people's food is outrageous.
