They always went out of their way to print receipts for my mobile orders because I keep them for documentation. Since the recent staff changes, the service has significantly plummeted. Employees now seem low-energy and do the bare minimum and wait times are excessive. Today, I asked for a printed receipt after switching a curbside order to drive-thru, and the manager refused, saying it was only available in the app. The dismissive handling of my request was frustrating, especially since the old employees printed me receipts every time. I hope the store works on improving consistency and customer care.
