  Being told “it’s an awesome day” by each employee in the most monotone and sad voice is extremely dystopian. I rarely eat McDonald’s and somehow I always forget this store is terrible, I don’t like mustard and they always act like it’s the end of the world when I ask them to not use it on my food.

  If I could give a 0 I would worst customer service at any McDonald's on the planet. Had to argue with the manager because they didn't give any sweet and sour sauce for happy meals about giving me 2 sweet-and-sour sauces. ridiculous not to mention how are you a manager and argue over a tencent thing I would have even paid for why argue shouldn't be a manager it is supposed to come with it,

  I enjoyed my Large ice coffee and I believe you would enjoy the large ice coffee. My has browns were good.

  I'm all for hiring special needs people as our family did that when I was growing up in the 1970s and 80', but they need to be placed in work positions they are comfortable in and doesn't have detrimental effects on customer service and revenue. To take the order for the car in front of me and myself took 21 minutes. Then the lines went around the building. Very simple order. 4 hashbrowns. 1 large coffee and 2 bacon egg cheese bagels. Get to the window and the kid asks me to park in space #2. Well I pull around and there is no spot #2. They were all full so I walked in with my receipt and told the girls doing car orders. She couldn't comprehend what I was saying. She then comes over with a bag and asks me to open each wrapped sandwich to see if they were mine. She actually ASKED ME TO TOUCH SOMEONE ELSES FOOD. I said no. U tell me where my order is. 15 minutes passes and finally they brought my drive thru order. No coffee so I asked for my coffee. I said cream and sugar. She looked shocked and didn't know what to do. Its coffee??? I saw her pour it into the cup and I had asked the special needs girl for cream and sugar. I repeated it at the window and said 2 and 2. Then I asked the girl at the end for cream and sugar please. She said how much. I said whatever is easiest and quickest so I can go home please. Over 30 minutes for a simple drive thru order I had to walk in to retrieve. Please don't send me the BOT link for reviews. It goes to a unanswered void and made for customer management to give the appearance you care UPDATE: I literally said do NOT send me the BOT link as you don't respond. Yet you did it.
