  Stopped for 2 egg mcmuffin 2 hashbrown 2 sodas and one cone after seeing the one painted on the front window that's 4ft tall or more. After placing my order and pulling forward to pay i was informed that ice cream is no longer available. At this point I had to ask why they had a giant cone painting of one ? At this point im referred to management and get told its getting cleaned. ( i can clearly see the soft serve machine from the drive thru window) as im getting handed my order by management. This is the part that put me sideways. First getting lied straight to my face with the soft serve machine in plain view. Second after all of this and having management help me my order was missing one sandwich one hashbrown Lastly and most importantly when I went back inside for the rest of my food. I watched one of employees hand this lady a ice cream cone! At this point im ready to take flight on Ronald give him a vacation at the closest emergency room but I have to remember if they could get it right then probably would have gotten a real job after high school instead of a life time McEmployee.

  Sophia does not like her job and it shows. She gave me a coffee that was pure milk and when I politely asked her to remake and explained the why she rolled her eyes and kept trying to justify the milk color. I said, “can you please just add coffee?” The eye rolls, the “girl whatever.” Just wow. The young lady who took my order outside was super nice. Everyone has been super nice. Someone needs to teach Sophia some manners. No one expects much from McDonald’s but yikes! Oh and when I said thank you TWICE, she IGNORED ME and avoided eye contact. I get it can get annoying having to remake something but it was an iced coffee, not even a whole meal. Someone seriously needs to talk to this young girl about the way she should treat customers

  Lack of training and care for a food allergy order. I had asked for it to be corrected twice. Had to drive back and walk in to get this done. Noticed the ladies in the back used the same sandwhich that I returned which is cross contamination. I could no longer eat the sandwich for their lack of proper work ethic and environment. I would not recommend anyone who has food allergies or religious beliefs to come here as they do not care for their customers. I’m very disappointed as McDonald’s is also a hit and miss every where in the world. I hope you McDonald’s fixed this and create a higher standard for the products they’re selling.

  Service depends on if they're feeling sassy. Good food. Burgers are always good. Fries are usually a miss. Sad face.
