- IIianFeb 24, 20261.0i ordered at 6:42 am on my mobile app. i pick up my order and it’s completely wrong so i go through the drive through again. the worker tells me to pull up, i tell her my code again, and then hand her the order she got wrong. nothing in the order was right except for having hashbrowns in it. she says she can’t find my order even though i just handed it to her, tells me she can’t refund it and she also can’t make me what i ordered. she kept my order she got wrong and now im out 20 dollars for a meal i didn’t eat. please never come to this location. the workers incompetence is appalling. it’s worth it to drive to a different location even if it’s farther away.

The other station had 3 cars in line, these all had their orders taken before mine was taken. Then the line didn't move for about 5 minutes, once we arrived at the window, we were told the ice cream machine was broken, and they couldn't refund our money, it had to be done through the app. The app wouldn't let me request a refund because the order was already in process. The attitude and service from this location is some of the worst I have had to deal with in some time. Good luck if you order from here, the temperature and taste of the food has also been a disappointment in the past . We avoid this place, but sometimes the grandkids need a snack, and they tolerate it.
