This situation could have been easily resolved by simply replacing the incorrect drink, especially considering I have been a loyal McD customer for decades. Unfortunately, the manager chose not to do so, which reflects poor decision-making and customer service. Merry Christmas

Older gentleman behind me stood for a good 10 minutes before staff even acknowledged him. I know McDonald’s standards aren’t very high but this is a new low.
