  First of all, pulled up to the window and immediately got attitude from the girl working the headset, then was told to pull up to the first window to pay. Pull up to the window, wait 7 whole minutes with a huge line of cars behind us, and nobody is there?? Finally pull up to the second window which is wide open with workers inside actively looking at us and ignoring us. Then some girl comes up and tries to give us the wrong order. Correct the order and told her nobody was at the window to pay so now she has to take my phone all the way to the back of the store which took a suspiciously long time. Why do you need my phone for 5 damn minutes? Then you give us two drinks, one was supposed to be no ice so we ask “which is which because we ordered no ice in one” and you have the audacity to roll your eyes at us and not even offer to fix YOUR mistake and give us what we ordered. You tell us which drink is which and we drive off. Welp, come to find out BOTH drinks are wrong! Only saving grace was decent food. The audacity of these workers is unbelievable, they are incompetent, rude, and lazy. Keep in mind NONE of this was during a rush. The only reason there was a long line of cars is cause nobody wanted to stop gossiping and do their job. Pathetic.

  Waited 15’ after spending 5’ trying to order from the kiosk. Workers saw myself and two others waiting at the cash register and totally ignored us completely. I even places a phone call it was ringing in front of them and they are inept. If you can’t handle 2 lines of drive through and walk in customers, then McDonalds you have a problem. If they would give a - for service it would be a -⭐️⭐️

  Usually great service, but we are all human and make mistakes. Sometimes even the people on here that are leaving bad reviews. This is an awesome location have some grace people 🫶🏾. Besides I think most of their employees are teenagers, and still learning life.

  The manager should be fired. I waited 13 minutes after I got notification my food was on its way. 13 minutes later it was not delivered I walked inside and the said the grill was down. How can the grill be down when my order said it's on its alway to you. I watched 5 cars go thru the drive thru before anyone served me my food.

  This McDonald's location is a bad one. I placed an order for dining in at the kiosk. There were not many numbered placards to take so that your order can be brought to you but my kiosk did have one so I took it. The card machine didn't work so I had to wait in line to pay. No big deal. I went to find a table and, no exaggerating, every single empty table was dirty with either trash or they hadn't been wiped. I also saw most of those numbered placards sitting all over the place. I waited 15 minutes for my food to be brought to me. When it wasn't I found a seat closer to the counter. Once she saw my placard she called me to come and get it. My food had been sitting there. Nobody brought to me and nobody called my number. Needless to say my food was no longer hot and fresh, if it even was in the first place. Also, couldn't find napkins and the trash cans were full. Gross location.
