    Customer was rude at the drive through and my food was crushed on purpose I came through the first time thinking it was just a mistake but this was done twice…..

    Went through drive thru not enough help person in front of me is ordered a very large order. Person took order and we waited 10 minutes before they took our order which was three burgers then we waited another 15 minutes to get order very RUDE person . I will never go to this Macdonalds again

    When busy would think food be hot but wasn't and girl at from counter definitely was not a happy person, dont roll your eyes when someone old ask a question be kind ..you might be the only person to interact with them...

    11/7/25 @ 2100: The gentlemen running order-taker and window has to be retrained. Started off by asking, "What are you getting?" then didn't mention ONCE what my total was. I get to the window and he just sticks his hand out for my payment, then hands it back to me without saying a word and also neglected to ask if I wanted my receipt. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and waited TEN MINUTES at the window. He returns and just hands me the bag, again completely mute. The manager on duty is obviously doing a terrible job for allowing this behavior to happen on their watch. I've held both of their positions almost 10 years ago and I'm certain much hasn't changed. Do better management and franchisee. Are you guys shooting for the lowest rating for this location?
