    Literally the worst stingiest McDonald’s to ever exist if that was even possible - Every sandwich is dry. You literally have to ask them to actually put bagel sauce on your breakfast sandwich or even ketchup and pickles on your Mc double

    Absolutely NO customer service. I placed an order via mobile app, and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, the kids were short if not rude... then they had us park and took about 10 minutes to bring the food, which is not terrible but it was just the start. I was missing two of 5 sandwiches, my daughter's order was made incorrectly, and the app has no options for customer service, it just tells you to call the store. I called 3 times - it rang for two minutes each time and then disconnected. I searched and tried to find a solution on the app but ended up googling the customer service number. I spoke to a nice Filipino lady who escalated it and requested a refund, which was the only decent interaction in this whole experience, the screenshot basically sums this up.

    I juat drove ny the drive thru. The food was awful. Chicken Nuggets were cold, stale and had pieces of batter missing they looked OLD!fries were cold and stale. I spent $33 foe old food! DON'T GO HERE!
