Cold food, the bags are packed as if the items were actually thrown in the bag, items smashed, the list goes on. This is the closest McDonalds to my house, and I'd rather go to Gilbert at this point. They deserve 0 stars at this location.

I placed an order via mobile app, and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, the kids were short if not rude... then they had us park and took about 10 minutes to bring the food, which is not terrible but it was just the start. I was missing two of 5 sandwiches, my daughter's order was made incorrectly, and the app has no options for customer service, it just tells you to call the store. I called 3 times - it rang for two minutes each time and then disconnected. I searched and tried to find a solution on the app but ended up googling the customer service number. I spoke to a nice Filipino lady who escalated it and requested a refund, which was the only decent interaction in this whole experience, the screenshot basically sums this up.
