After waiting 20 minutes I go up to counter and get told it’ll be a few minutes. After 45 minutes to an hour of being there manager said I needed to walk in with the phone so the order pops up. Never have a I heard that. I saw my order number on their screen sitting so long it disappeared. Not even an apology for the hour wait and had someone else still waiting that was there before me. Not the type to complain over food but this was terrible.
