  Never ready when the ap says it’s ready. Never follow cut instructions or extras like utensils and napkins. I called to let the manager know that 3 times in a row the instructions weren’t followed. She never apologized and just said I’ll let the line know and make a note on your file. I don’t need a note, your staff just needs trained to pay attention and wait to mark as ready till it’s ready.

  I normally come here but for some reason on seemly random days/nights they just close with no one here. Close at 6 when it says they are open till 9 online.

  Terrible portion and sandwich. I am pregnant and was craving a deli sandwich. For some reason I thought the last time I ordered on Uber eats it was Jimmy Johns. I was wrong. It was Jersey Mikes. What a difference. This was up there in the worst sandwich. I ordered a Veggie Sub with added Bacon, there was barely any VEGGIES!! It was a bread sandwich. Was so hungry and so disappointed when I opened my sub.

  Worst customer service Iv had. Ordered a slim #4 but was told I can't put anything on it at all and had to get a normal #4 cause I wanted light lettuce and mayo no cheese. Then I ordered a giant tuna sandwich but I can't do half the sandwich with lettuce and half the sandwich with pickles but they can give me the lettuce and pickles on the side, they gave me enough lettuce to go on about 4 giant sandwichs. So when I was done putting the sides on the sandwichs I ended up throwing the rest of the lettuce in the trash before leaving. Waste of food if you ask me. I should have got a slim #4 and used some of the lettuce from my side of lettuce and grabbed a mayo packet from next to the soda machine. The lady that told me they cant do this because of the main manager incharge and they are cracking down on them.

  NEVER order delivery directly from them. Missed my lunch break waiting for the delivery that never showed up. Use DoorDash or pick up yourself
