Also, they say they’re open, but they usually close at like four in the afternoon. Literally the worst location ever

Went for lunch today a gentman there said they will be right with me and then a lady walked up slowly. Im still not even sure if they are ready to take my order but shes there staring as if I was just supposed to know that she was ready to take my order. No welcome, how can I help you or even thanks for coming just silence.
