We had called before Christmas to make a booking for 5pm on New Year's Eve and the gentleman my daughter spoke with was very friendly and took our reservation. We got there early as everyone in our party of 4 were hungry. When we arrived there was nobody around and one customer wait for a to go order. Finally some gal came out and never got her name but was NOT friendly and acted surprised that we told her we had a reservation at 5pm and she proceeded to advise she did not have any reservations and the kitchen was closing for the day at 5 pm. Needless to say we were very shocked and disappointed. The attitude from this gal showed very poor customer service skills. We told her we knew what we wanted and could place the order right away. She just kept saying that the kitchen was closing at 5pm, which was interesting as the happy hour sign was out front saying happy hour was offered from 3-6pm. Anyway, we did go elsewhere and would NEVER return!!!!!!!
