The filet mignon we ordered was expensive and awful it had so much blue cheese that we couldn't tasted the meat. We are not going back to Flemings.
5 Stars is Not Enough! Having Traveled & dined at some of the most noted steak houses in America, I can tell that our meal tonight was at the top. The atmosphere is classic, the meal was fresh & perfectly seasoned, remarkable bone-in ribeye & lobster take, incredible sides and all served piping hot! With all that, the outstanding service topped it all - professional & attentive to every detail. There is eating out & there is dining - THIS was a very high quality dining experience that we shall repeat again, soon! Thanks Michael for the awesome service. Cheers! AAA+
Fleming’s Steakhouse delivers an experience that feels effortlessly luxurious from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming—polished without being pretentious, warm without losing its elegance. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes any meal feel like a special occasion.
The food is truly the star. Every steak is cooked with precision, delivering bold, rich flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that’s hard to beat. From the first bite to the last, the quality and care put into each dish are unmistakable. The sides are just as impressive—thoughtfully prepared, generously portioned, and flavorful enough to stand on their own.
What really elevates Fleming’s, though, is the service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure your experience is exceptional. Nothing feels rushed, and every detail is handled with care, creating a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
Whether you’re celebrating something big or simply treating yourself to an outstanding meal, Fleming’s Steakhouse consistently delivers excellence. It’s more than just dinner—it’s an experience you’ll want to come back to again and again.

I really wanted to love Fleming’s in Chandler. I had been looking forward to this dinner for a long time, but unfortunately, it resulted in the most disappointing steak experience I’ve ever had.
The Food: We ordered to-go, and for a $250 dinner, the quality was shocking. I ordered the Filet Mignon, and it is difficult to even describe the texture. It wasn't just "off"—it was mushy, almost like the consistency of creamed meat or pate. It left a coating in my mouth that was so off-putting I couldn't take a second bite. When I inspected it, I could literally swirl the meat with my fingers and it turned into pure mush.
My boyfriend’s Tomahawk steak was equally disappointing; while the texture was better, it was completely flavorless. The sides (bread and baked potatoes) were okay, but certainly not what you expect from a high-end steakhouse. By the time we realized how bad the meal was, it was after 10:00 PM and everything else in the area was closed, so we ended up eating sub sandwiches for our special night out.
The Service: I will say that the management here is top-tier. I called and left a voicemail since they had just closed. The manager called me back almost immediately and was incredibly compassionate. She listened to the entire situation without being defensive and fully refunded the entire meal.
Final Thoughts: I truly appreciate the manager’s professionalism and her quick action to make things right financially. However, the meal itself was so traumatic that I don't think I can bring myself to give them a second chance. If you go, I hope your experience is better than mine, but I personally can’t get past the quality of the meat we received.

I want to begin by saying that I regularly dine at high-end steakhouses throughout the Valley—places like Mastro’s, Dominick’s, Ocean 44, and Steak 44—so my perspective comes from someone familiar with this level of dining and what it should offer. With that said, my recent experience at Fleming’s was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to leave a review.
The steaks arrived cold and were overwhelmingly fatty, nowhere near the quality I would expect from a restaurant charging the same prices as the top steakhouses in the area. In all honesty, the cut and preparation were closer to something you’d find at an Outback Steakhouse, and I would genuinely prefer a Texas Roadhouse steak over what we were served—and at half the cost.
Our table was also far too small for four people to dine comfortably, and every side dish came out cold with nothing particularly noteworthy about them. On top of that, our server repeatedly pushed add-ons throughout the meal. I understand upselling, but this crossed into being distracting and diminished the overall experience even further. We treated our friends for their birthday and we were embarrassed that we took them here.
In short, it was a thoroughly underwhelming evening. If you’re planning to spend this level of money on a steakhouse meal, do yourself a favor and choose Ocean 44 or Dominick’s instead. You’ll pay the same price but receive a far superior product and experience.
