I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location today. The employee helping me, Ella, came across as rude and dismissive from the moment I pulled up. She didn’t greet me, seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu, and the overall interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. I usually love Dutch Bros because the service is upbeat and positive, but this visit was the exact opposite. I hope management can address the customer service here, because experiences like this make me not want to come back.

The mobile order line is deprioritized while they work on the walk up orders. Our drinks were just sitting until a customer spoke up and then multiple names were called.

Thank you Spirit! I had a wonderful experience at Dutch Bros today. I originally came in wanting a Nitro Cold Brew, but I was on a budget. The barista was incredibly kind and patient—they offered multiple alternatives, from the canned cold brew to regular espresso options, and even walked me through the different prices so I could choose what worked best for me. Their customer service was truly thoughtful and considerate, and I really appreciated them understanding of my situation. Thank you for your amazing customer service spirit! I will definitely be back again. 😊

Got at Dutch at 3pm in the walk side line for the princess drop. got out by 3:45 when the line wrapped around a separate building. They were moving that line! Anyone who says they waited longer is lying! Sierra had great customer service for a long line of people. And I know these resellers Starbucks bear cup people in line around don’t even tip so really great job ti them for staying so calm. I got there at 3 and there were plenty of magnets to anyone who didn’t get one… be more responsible if you really wanted one be there on time and if you say it’s a “stupid magnet” then why are you complaining. Best Dutch stand in the state only one I go to for merch drops!

My experience at this location during Princess Day was completely unacceptable. I went specifically to pick up the pink “Dutch Princess” magnet as a birthday surprise for a close friend. She recently moved to Chicago, no longer has access to Dutch Bros, and constantly talks about how much she misses it. On a previous Princess Day I mailed her the princess straw topper, and it meant a lot to her. I wanted to do the same this year with the pink magnet. I arrived right after 3 p.m., waited in line for more than an hour, and finally reached the window around 4:30 p.m. The employee helping me saw the pink magnet still available and went to grab it. Before she could, another employee, whose name I believe was Julie or Julia, stepped in, took the last pink magnet, and said she wanted it for herself. I immediately explained why I was there and that my friend in Chicago can no longer get Dutch Bros items. Instead of treating this like basic customer service, she turned it into a personal debate about whether she “felt like” giving it to me or keeping it. She stood there polling other employees while I waited at the window, and they all told her it was her choice. Not a single one stepped in to do what was clearly the right thing. They all stood by watching while she debated taking the last promotional item from a customer who had already waited over an hour. She ultimately decided she was keeping the magnet. She then rushed to the back to purchase it before I could escalate the situation to a manager, even though she knew exactly why I was there and that I had come specifically for that item. The entire situation was not only frustrating but also incredibly embarrassing. Standing at the window while multiple employees watched an internal debate unfold over whether I would be “allowed” to have the last magnet was humiliating. No customer should ever be placed in that position, especially after waiting that long for a promotion. I left with nothing, not even my drinks, because I was so upset and stunned by what happened. I waited in line, arrived on time for the promotion, followed every rule, and still walked away empty handed because an employee prioritized her own wants over a paying customer. There is absolutely no scenario where employees should be taking limited promotional items away from customers. There is no scenario where a customer should have to stand there while an employee decides whether their personal desire outweighs the customer’s. And it is completely unacceptable for an employee to rush to purchase the last item just to prevent management from getting involved. This was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.
