I order delivery from this location and they usually put my drinks in a bag and lately they’ve been putting it in a cup holder and my delivery driver stole my drinks because the lazy workers didn’t put my drink in a sealed bag. Another instance was that my delivery driver took the tape off the lid of my drink and drank from it because again, Dunkin can’t simply put it in a sealed bag

The employee who assisted me at the drive-thru this morning (tall with dreads) was extremely rude. I was unable to get his name because he rushed me through the order and repeatedly told me he “had other customers to serve.”
I asked whether the “Wicked Box” included the munchkins, and he said the box comes with the donuts. He did not explain that the box itself costs an additional $5. I would not have agreed to that if it had been clearly communicated upfront.
When I opened the box, several of the donuts were smashed and looked very unappealing. When I mentioned it, he frustratingly handed me a single replacement donut hole out of the window without any care or apology.
It was very disappointing to start the morning with that kind of attitude and lack of customer service. Employees should clearly explain pricing, handle food with care, and treat customers respectfully. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Correct order, tasty food, but no hot coffee refills. Big bummer, you're a coffee shop.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is hit or miss. Unfortunately, your experience will be defined on who is working that day. If you go drive-thru and get a hold of “J”, you should turn around immediately.
Over the past few months I’ve been to this specific Dunkin, it has always been this employee that makes the experience unbearable. Without fail, you will be met with hostility, sarcasm, and disbelief as if he can’t believe you would go to Dunkin and order a coffee. How dare you take even a moment to check your phone for your mobile number? I quote, “out of the THOUSANDS of mobile orders that we have, WHO ARE YOU?” when I pulled up to the order box and stated I was picking up a mobile order. I work in customer service as well. There’s at least 20 other ways you could have opened the conversation with someone you’re just meeting. I understand, there’s rushes for food business, maybe he was trying to just get me taken care of so he can move onto the next customer! Well, that sure would be nice but I was unfortunately the only person in the drive-thru. And when I looked through the glass windows after getting my order, the store looked pretty empty.
Truth be told, I stopped going here back in July because it was becoming TOO much to get this guy taking my orders in the afternoon that I said it’s not worth it. Clearly this person hates me, hates his job, whatever and I’d rather spend my money somewhere the employees can at least hold in their displeasure for working!
That’s not to say that it’s ALL bad. Literally every other employee at this location has been heavenly to work with! I think today I got a young man who I will call “D” for privacy purposes (I left a good review for him on the official survey, don’t worry!), who handed my food over without issue. He’s always been nice. I can only say great things about everyone else.
The food is to be expected. To me, it’s cheap and good. I haven’t had issues with quality of service in this regard. I like the breakfast sandwiches. Not sure about coffee past noon. Again, you kinda get what you pay for.
Overall, my experience at this location is hit or miss. If J is working, it’s a BIG MISS. Expect to have a verbal altercation for being alive when you’re just trying to get a quick bit. If he’s not working, hey! You’re probably gonna have a great time!
