Auto responses with no intentions to make things better... Guacamole and cheese were scraped out of one of our meals (the kids meal) and the employee kept saying really loudly and asking if I was accusing someone of eating my food. He threw a tantrum and went and served me the kids meal again in the same container and asked me if that was good enough and loud enough the people behind me started talking about what my problem was. What kind of service is that? Not to mention the food safety issue by serving it in the same container which appeared to have been tampered with. Oh, also, the kids milk was frozen solid and they didnt put red chimichurri which we paid extra for.
