- CCConner2 days ago5.0I come here all the time - during the busy and during the dead. I’ve never once had a bad experience. I wanted to mention, last time they charged me for double chicken. But the guy was super understanding, refunded me in a second, and then offered me a free drink. I highly respect anyone doing service recovery like this (coming from a leader in the service industry). Great Chipotle 👍

I stood in line for about 25 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes just for two steak quesadillas — nothing else. I asked for extra cheese, and the employee spilled a large portion of it and just said “whoops” before continuing. When I politely asked for more cheese to make up for what was dropped, he seemed annoyed and huffed about it. When the quesadillas came out, they were cut and shoved into the box so roughly that most of the slices were completely scrunched and messy. On the second quesadilla, the tortilla had stuck to the foil and instead of remaking it, the employee ripped it off and scraped everything into the container. The overall presentation and care were really disappointing. On top of that, the staff seemed frustrated and slow-moving, which made the long wait feel even worse. I also noticed a food-handling concern — one employee with a long mustache kept touching his face and was very close to the food, which didn’t feel sanitary. $32 for two steak quesadillas and guac should come with better service and quality than this. Really disappointing experience.

Next morning the rash was gone. But a tingling pain sensation remained on my tongue for 2 days during mouth wash which kills bacteria. I purchased the steak bowl.

Your prices have gotten unaffordable and quality has definitely declined. Much like everywhere else, please don’t be like everywhere else.
