Rice undercooked and crunchy, an indifferent employee at the register, and overall not a great experience. This is our last visit at this location. We find the Tempe location is consistently great quality and service, this location, not so much.

Lacking in everything that I asked for. I wonder if it would be better to pay for our bowls by paying for it by the pound etc. Because consistency doesn't exist when you get food like this. Just disappointed overall. I'll go to the other locations that I've been to before. Hopefully this one gets better.
