- SOSuppi O8211 day ago1.0Yesterday, I had one of the worst customer service experiences at your location. The staff member, Cela, was rude and unprofessional. She assumed that I had added three proteins to my bowl and charged me accordingly. When I explained that I had only added two, she proceeded to check my bowl in front of everyone, which made me feel embarrassed. Even after realizing that I was correct, she did not offer a sincere apology I left feeling shocked and upset, and I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. I strongly recommend that Cela receive proper customer service training before continuing to work at the front desk.or else it’s better she work back in the kitchen so she doesn’t have to deal with Customers. No customer should feel embarrassed or disrespected while simply ordering food.

Not even just that there was a hair in my food yet when I addressed it to Monique the girl who was on the line she laughed and told the girl with the blond hair and the girl doing my bowl was also laughing. i don’t know what was so funny of one of your guys hair in the food that’s disgusting. Have some cleanliness and respect that’s the least they can do 🤷♀️.

Super unfortunate as I got the chicken and rice bowl and rice was a big part of it not something I can easily scrape out. But either way it shouldn’t be this crunchy and essentially inedible. Super disappointed! Was starving before my work meeting and still am…
