    Food and service are great. I love their shrimp/chicken carbonara. The manager is very friendly to our autistic son and the staff are also accomodating. 💖🙏

    Had a group of 12, and all I can say Ashley never let us wait for anything. We never asked for refills once. Even dealing with other tables, she was always on point to our needs.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My kids and I recently ate at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and we were blown away by the hospitality and the amazing menu. Even my pickiest eater loved her meal — which says a lot! Our waiter Marcos was fantastic — friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    We ordered online and specifically called to ask for bread and parmesan cheese and we were told that “of course, it comes with every order” — we did not receive the bread and cheese. We also did not receive mashed potatoes. We then call again to see if there’s anything they could do and the manager (a different one from the first call. A male voice but did not provide their name.) took 15 minutes to come on the phone and sounded very irritated, insinuated that we were lying about not receiving the bread and cheese, said we did not order mashed potatoes (see attached photo) and was just completely silent for a minute not sure if he was struggling to find an answer for us. We did not get any assistance from this manager and he was very rude. On top of all this, no one liked their pasta as it was burnt.
