    Food was insanely delicious, the flavors were bouncing. The service was what locked in my rating. The cashier, Emily, was really sweet and respectful. She helped me out with my order when I was confused. Definitely gonna see this place again more

    I put in an online order on New Years Eve around 8:45p, but I guess they were closing a bit early and didn’t have their online ordering platform offline. Ben called, explained, and offered service recovery. I’ll be coming back.

    Other than smelling like a beer tray, it's not bad persay. Takes a while to get things cleaned up. Orders are slow to process, expect 30-60 min wait. Orders are not always accurate. If you ask for double anything, don't bother. They will not fulfill. Customer service is basic and they will not actually care. Overall, subpar service and nothing to write home about. Food is decent but not above par.

    I think Barros should probably do a big look at themselves in the world of customer service. The fact that I had to wait FIFTEEN MINS past the time that it was supposed to be ready but to be ignored while I was clearly standing waiting for my order is stupid. Perhaps other pizza restaurants are better. Not coming back to this location. By the way, both pizzas order (to the tune of neatly 40 bucks) were skimpy on ingredients with a burnt crust. Dont think Grandma Barro would like reading this review.
