  Ordered $30 worth of food. A large fry and a sandwich was missing and nobody wanted to answer the phone. Went back and got the good ole “you should have called”

  The service here was good, friendly staff that is quick and courteous. The food however was a different story. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and buffalo chicken sliders. Roast beef was decent and fresh. The buffalo chicken sliders were inedible. The fry oil has gone rancid, a while ago. No amount of over frying the food will fix that rancid taste. I hope they can rectify this oversight and get back to a standard of quality it used to be known for.

  Looks like arbys has quietly been improving their offerings. As recently as a year ago, I had the reuben and french dip sandwich and they were the same as they were 20 years ago. The reuben even tasted worse than I remembered. It used to be good. The french dip was average like always. Today I had the french dip sandwich again and it was incredibly good. The bread was better quality. Perfectly shaped and aesthetic. The meat was better too, much more rich and fatty. Although with a taste like that, you probably couldn't eat a lot of it. At around 7 bucks, you're getting way better value than a big mac. Compared to subway too, which packs it with meat but every ingredient is low quality. This sandwich is a real standout right now. I had it without cheese so I suspect it would be even better with cheese. Oh but the au ju was terrible. It's basically beef bullion cubes in water. It makes the sandwich much worse, I don't even count it because it doesn't matter.
